Some pics of the TT after putting the corner moldings back on with Eternabond, followed by caulk and paint.
The lower front panel was too damaged to repair and was replaced by 1/8 luan with FRP panelling glued on. FRP is waterproof and very stable, but not UV safe, so painting over it should make it last quite awhile. And it doesn't dent. Same treatment to lower half of back and the dilapidated cargo doors.
The pebble texture looks somewhat out of place, but it actually matches that of the entry door. In any event, it looks better than dented up aluminum over rotted wood...
The paint is a 50/50 mix of Off White and Bristol Beige Brightside marine paint by Interlux (single stage). It's brushed on, but it looks pretty good, even in decent light, until you get up really close -then you can see brush strokes.
Also, the new axle, wheels, and tires are installed.
